You can cancel your subscription by logging into Skool https://www.skool.com/reverseflipping then going to Settings > Manage Membership > Cancel membership.

To find out the status of a real estate deal submission to use, please email [email protected]. Please allow 3 weeks minimum after submitting your deal before requesting a status update unless the property is facing an urgent foreclosure date that is approaching in less than 3 weeks.

All deal submissions take at least 90 days to complete. This is due to processing times from the Banks, lenders, and other factors that may slow down the process. Our team is diligently working on all deals round the clock and will work on your deal immediately when it is submitted and approved.

Please check the reason in the denial email that you received or contact [email protected] for a specific explanation on your deal.

A sign up status means the person has entered their email and are a lead in the system, but they have NOT paid yet. Active status means they have paid and joined the community.Only active status is paid commissions. 

A commission is denied because your active referral cancelled and asked for a refund during the payout period. 

We payout every 30 days on the 15th of the month, after the commission is cleared for the month to allow for any cancellations and refunds to process. It also takes a few days for payouts to process and arrive in your account.
