How do I cancel my Membership Subscription / Skool account?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into Skool https://www.skool.com/reverseflipping then going to Settings > Manage Membership > Cancel membership.
What is the status of my real estate deal submission?
To find out the status of a real estate deal submission to use, please email [email protected]. Please allow 3 business days minimum after submitting your deal before requesting a status update unless the property is facing an urgent foreclosure date that is approaching in less than 60 days
How long will my deal take to complete and for me to get paid?
Short Sale deal submissions will be paid on Fridays within 14 days of our team approving your short sale submission. Larger profit Reverse Flip approved deals may take at least 90 days to complete. This is due to processing times from the Banks, lenders, and other factors that may slow down the process. Our team is diligently working on all deals round the clock and will work on your deal immediately when it is submitted and approved.
Why was my deal denied?
Please check the reason in the denial email that you received or contact [email protected] for a specific explanation on your deal.
How do I see my affiliate earnings?
You can check your affiliate payments and balances right in your Skool here https://www.skool.com/settings?t=referrals
You can also get there by clicking your profile at the top right and selecting Affiliates.
When do I get paid affiliate commissions?
Skool will add your commissions to your account every 14 days for you to payout.
How do I add my bank info to get paid affiliate commissions?
